The packages below are examples of how my work is typically structured. They are not ‘off-the-shelf’ products, and full consultation occurs before I can offer my best recommendations and level of intervention for your needs.

Best suited for:
Organisations establishing a new peer support service, or rebuilding an existing one to improve safety, clarity, and effectiveness.This package typically includes:
Design of a peer support model aligned with organisational risk and legal obligations
Clear definition of peer supporter role, scope, and boundaries
Selection framework to identify appropriate peer supporters
Interview guidance or participation (where required)
Intensive skills-based training for peer supporters
Establishment of escalation pathways and governance processes
Ongoing group supervision to support practice and sustainability
Outcome:
A peer support program that is ethical, defensible, and genuinely supportive for peer supporters, staff, and the organisation. -
Best suited for:
Organisations that respond to serious incidents, cumulative exposure, or critical events impacting staff wellbeing.This package typically includes:
Front-loaded education on stress, trauma and resilience
Post-incident education and support for staff
Guidance for leaders following high-impact events
Short-term stabilisation and containment support
Advice on next steps, referrals, and internal processes
Outcome:
Contained, informed responses that support recovery and reduce long-term harm.While this service is available post-incident, typically, I would recommend that there is implementation of my services, including education regarding stress, trauma and resilience before an incident occurs. The time to make a plan is before you need one.

One or two-day in-person leadership workshop

Various tiered approaches that could include group coaching or professional supervision over several months
Practical tools leaders can apply immediately in day-to-day situations
Outcome:
Leaders who are clearer, more confident, and better equipped to hold both people and performance. -
Best suited for:
New managers, middle managers, or staff transitioning from peer to leader roles.This package typically includes:
Core leadership workshop focused on role clarity and behaviour
Small group coaching or supervision
Support with difficult conversations, behavioural correction, and feedback
Guidance for managing emotionally reactive or distressed staff
Outcome:
Managers who understand their role, communicate with authority and fairness, and reduce downstream risk.
These packages are examples only. Engagements are tailored to organisational context, workforce size, and risk profile. Tiers of engagement can be discussed e.g workshops vs extended or ongoing support.
